About the South Australian Food Industry Awards
- The South Australian Food Industry Awards Program recognises and celebrates our dynamic individuals and businesses making their mark in the food industry by demonstrating their outstanding vision, leadership and innovation.
- The South Australian Food Industry Awards are judged by an independent panel of judges through a comprehensive process including written applications, site visits, and interviews.
- The Awards are hosted by Food South Australia, with the support of the Government of South Australia, principal sponsors San Remo, and major sponsors in 2017 were: Bickford’s Group, Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, Foodland, Food Processing Equipment, Macro Meats, Moore Stephens South Australia, Peats Soil and Garden Supplies, Royal Agricultural & Horticultural Education Foundation of South Australia, South Australian Research and Development Institute, Statewide Super, Thomas Foods International, The University of Adelaide and Visy.
