Who can enter?

Entry is open to any business which is a food producer, manufacturer or franchiser, or provides goods or services to the food industry, provided that:

  • the head office or principal place of business is in South Australia (and if the business is operated by a franchisee, the head office or principal place of business of the franchiser is in South Australia); and
  • at least half the expenses of the business are incurred in South Australia

Categories are divided into two sections:

  • businesses with more than 15 full-time employees (>15 FTE’s)
  • and businesses with less than or equal to 15 full-time employees (<15 FTE’s)

(Restaurant, cafes, food service and wine businesses are not eligible to enter).
