Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner at the Adelaide Convention Centre is the culmination of the South Australian Food Industry Awards every year.

The largest gathering on the industry calendar, the Gala Dinner is all about announcing and celebrating the award winners, saying thank you to our sponsors, and having a great time with our colleagues.

Each year, the Adelaide Convention Centre chefs create a special menu of South Australian food, and in 2018, we will once again be enjoying premium wines generously provided by Gatt Wines of the Barossa Valley. All our guests will also receive a gift from our 2017 Hall of Fame inductee, Nippy’s.
