Kangaroo Island Spirits was established in 2006 as Australia’s first dedicated gin distillery. Jon and Sarah Lark, the founding partners have gone on to make award winning spirits and liqueurs in the traditional hand crafted way, in their boutique island distillery. Their passion and dedication has, this year, been rewarded by winning Double Gold for their Whisky Barrel Gin, Gold for their Wild and Old Tom Gin and finally Australian Gin Distillery of the Year at the Melbourne International Spirits Competition.
