Primary Industries and Regions South Australia (PIRSA) is a key economic development agency in the government of South Australia, with responsibility for the prosperity of the state’s primary industries and regions.
PIRSA’s priorities include leading the delivery of the Government’s ‘Premium Food and Wine Produced in our Clean Environment and Exported to the World’ economic priority, and improving economic and social outcomes for regional South Australia through the Government’s Charter for Stronger Regional Policy.
PIRSA provides funding support for a range of programs and projects and works collaboratively with Food South Australia to support the growth and development of South Australia’s food and beverage industry.
