As South Australia’s premier eating and drinking festival, Tasting Australia is a journey about our produce from paddock to plate and a celebration of real food heroes including Maggie Beer (Barossa food legend and Tasting Australia patron), Paul Henry (South Australian wine expert), Simon Bryant (local chef and television personality).

The eight day festival crusades local and seasonal produce; promotes its diverse culture, champions premium producers; indulges in a kaleidoscope of tastes and offers unforgettable delights and experiences.
